Black Bottom Cups

Turn oven to 350F

Line cupcake pan with 20 liners

1st 2qt bowl

Soften cream cheese 8oz

Add 1 egg, 1/3cup sugar mix

Add 1 cup nestle semi-sweet chips

Put aside

2nd 2qt bowl

Mix 1-1/2cup King Arthur all purpose flour with 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1 tsp soda

Add 1 cup water, 1/3 cup cooking oil and 1 tsp vanilla

When ready to cook add 1 Tbs vinegar and mix

Place 1-2 large spoons cake batter in each cup first. Then place 1 spoon cream cheese mix adding about equal to each cup

Place in oven for 25-30 minutes

Beef Bourguignon

Turned out better than any previous attempt with other recipes. Used chuck from Hagberg’s Country Market (removed all fat) and a cheap bottle of red with an interesting smell and watered down taste. I would use it again judging alone on how good the recipe turned out. “Bread and Butter Pinot Noir”
