The city has acknowledged that they destroyed the mailbox and will partially cover the expense of its replacement. We do not have information yet on this cost nor the timeline of replacement. Once it has been replaced the HOA will get reimbursed by the city public works department. Firstservice is looking to provide a contractor unless the HOA finds its own.
